Shuttle to and from the game would have been nice if it wasn't booked up, but there's uber to fall back on. Staff was helpful. Quiet location, not downtown.

Location wasn't the best, off the beaten path.

Its perfect, central location was a plus.

We loved how close we were to Point State Park and the Carnegie Science Center, making our weekend strolls both scenic and fun, especially with friendly staff members who made our stay enjoyable with their helpfulness and local knowledge.

Van driver went out of his way to drop us off at our dinner destination. Breakfast was great. My husband likes his oat meal for breakfast, not instant, and it was spot on.

Breakfast was amazingly diverse with many choices. But breakfast area was very crowded, in the corner where the food was. So everyone was bumping into one another. Crowded table areas too, though we were lucky and got there at the right time to get a table. But others weren't so lucky.But plenty of food, even when close to end of breakfast time.Staff was very friendly.. Nice outdoor pool for those interested, and good gym too. Overall, great deal.

Finicky AC, which was a problem at night because the covers were so thick and way too warm. So you really needed the AC, or sleep naked, which I don't do. My room key didn't always work and needed resetting. Was a problem at the wrong time! Needed my bathroom! Also, the location is not great...hard to find. It was daytime, so we were OK. Would never have found it at night. It has it's own weird street off the beaten path.

Great breakfast and comfy bed, but loud train noise at night was disruptive.

Good Value. Room was clean and well appointed. Lots of towels.

Thank goodness for gps. Also, tried to get ahold of the front desk about around midnight. Went down, hung around, called out, went back up to the room to call 3 times more.....nobody.

The King Room was cozy and clean! Bed was super comfortable, awesome for a good night's sleep. Away from all the city noise. Plus, it was nice to have a clean and well-maintained space to come back to. Only issue was the heating system. It switched between hot and cold, a bit annoying, but not a dealbreaker.

The hostess was very helpful with the questions that i needed answered. The beds were clean, food was decent, and they had free transportation for certain hours

Clean room, friendly staff, with ample breakfast options including several healthy choices and coffee available all day. The convenient location was good.

That it was close to the family I was visiting!

After many hours on the road and hoping To sleep past 8 am-the alarm clock was set for 6 am.
